Sharks Swim Team

Stroke Clinics are created and led by the coaches and focus on a particular stroke, multiple strokes, or specific race elements such as starts, finishes, turns, and more. Clinics are planned based on meet performance and areas of improvement identified during practice. Each clinic is 45 minutes in length and costs $30 per swimmer. Payment is due to the coaches at the time of the clinic via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Stroke Clinic offerings will be communicated through email. Please respect any age-group restrictions for specific clinics unless prior approval has been granted by a coach.
