NOTE FROM THE COACHES:

Dear Sharks Parents,
After the meet on Saturday we have a few items we would like to share:

  1. Please immediately go to the check in tent and check your swimmer in with the clerks as soon as you get to the meet. Swimmers not checked in will be removed from their events.
  2. If you must leave early please let the check-in clerks know you are leaving.
  3. If we put your swimmer in a relay, it is unfair to the other 3 swimmers if you leave. There is now an option in Swimtopia to let us know if you are arriving late or leaving early. With this change, please go ahead and update any opt in/out you have completed for your swimmers for our future meets.
  4. Please use the “comments to coach'' option to let us know your swimmers constraints, rather than an email.
  5. Every time a swimmer improves their swim time, they will receive a speeding ticket in their award folder. These can be used in a raffle at the end of season party. Swimmers can keep their speeding tickets in their award folder for safekeeping and get them during the season party for the raffle. Tickets must be physically turned in during the end of season party to enter the raffle.
  6. In order to help swimmers and parents understand swim meet results there is a list of definitions on the Swimtopia website posted under “Swim Meet 101”

Have a good evening and as always please feel free to circle back with any and all questions. We will see you at the pool!

Swim Fast Sharks!
